Release. Calendar
Purpose. Show a release's tasks as bars across days. It works like the project calendar, but for one release only. It is convenient when several releases run in parallel in a project.
Who sees it. Roles with permission for the release's “Calendar” tab.
How to open. Open a release and choose the Calendar tab.
What is on the screen

- The arrows and the Today button move the period.
- The Week / Day / Month switch changes the scale.
- Task bars. The color and label show the type, under the name there are tags and the assignee. Click a bar to open the card.
If nothing is planned for a day, the calendar says so. Tasks without dates do not get into the calendar: find them in the release scope.
What you can do
- Check deadlines. A bar to the right of the release end date means the task's date does not match the release plan.
- Find overlaps. Parallel bars with the same last name show that an assignee has several tasks at once.
- Prepare for acceptance. Before handing the release to the client, scroll through the last days of the period and make sure the tasks end on time.
